QA Manager

Quality Planning — Define quality policies, standards, and KPIs aligned with company goals and customer requirements. QA System Management — Maintain quality management systems (ISO, GMP), conduct internal audits, and manage CAPA. QC & Production Control — Inspect incoming materials, in-process, and finished goods; manage equipment calibration and statistical analysis. Waste Reduction & Continuous Improvement — Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA to systematically reduce defects and cost of quality. Customer & Supplier Quality — Coordinate quality requirements, manage PPAP/FMEA documentation, and evaluate supplier performance. Team Development — Assess competencies, build individual development plans, and conduct quality training for QA/QC staff. Quality Culture & Awareness — Drive organization-wide quality awareness through training programs and quality promotion activities. Reporting & Management Review — Report KPI results, present to management, and monitor Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, or equivalent). Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis. Experience in customer and supplier quality management. Strong leadership and team development skills. Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication). Proficient in MS Office. Must have held a Supervisor position for 3 years or more.
