QA Engineer

• Have English language skills / basic computer program skills and have a foundation in design programs such as Solid work / catia
• Control the department's quality system, as well as design, order, or procure tools/Jigs and inspection aids to reduce time and increase the team's on-site efficiency
• Strictly control quality inspection points to ensure that no damaged parts (NG) escape to the next process or the customer
• Design and prepare Work Instruction documents (WI, Q-POINT) including various quality record forms systematically
• Act as a representative to receive complaints, visit customer sites (overnight stays possible) to analyze problems, prepare problem-solving reports, and close cases
• Communicate in English (Email, Social App) to follow up, analyze, and review quality reports from manufacturers, and are able to travel abroad for assessment or problem-solving
• Apply AI to create Web Applications or new tools to enhance speed and accuracy in quality control work
• Have high responsibility, ready to learn new technologies, able to work overtime (OT), and willing to perform other duties beyond engineering tasks as assigned
