QA Analyst Support, Kohler Saraburi Plant

• Lead the product quality inspection team to ensure products meet specified standards
• Continuously improve and develop quality inspection processes to increase speed, accuracy, and precision
• Provide guidance, training, and skill development for quality inspectors according to relevant standards
• Prepare, control, and develop inspection plans, including inspection standards, to maintain consistent product quality
• Collect and summarize quality inspection data, and coordinate with Supplier Quality Engineer to improve product quality
• Work with various departments such as Production, Warehouse (WH), Engineering, Supply Chain (SC), Customer Service (CS), Marketing (MKT), and Technical Service (TS) teams to develop quality control processes
• Analyze quality data and prepare monthly reports for the QA Manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to be completed within the specified timeframe

Qualifications: Male, Female Age 25 - 35 years old Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields At least 1–2 years of experience in QA/QC Good communication skills; able to read, write, and communicate in English Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, or related programs Analytical skills and systematic problem-solving skills Knowledge of quality control tools (QC Tools) such as 5 Whys, 8D, ISO 9001 standards, etc.
