Asst. Finance Section Manager

1. Control and manage the receipt and payment processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approval authorities
2. Prepare and manage Cash Flow / Cash Flow Forecast to manage the company's liquidity
3. Verify Payment Vouchers, checks, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations
4. Supervise Payment, Collection, and Cashier tasks, including payment follow-ups
5. Oversee documents and processes related to Withholding Tax / VAT
6. Coordinate with banks and relevant financial agencies
7. Support the development of e-Payment / Online Banking / Finance Automation systems
8. Manage and develop the team to perform duties according to company standards

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in Finance / Payment / Cash Management and at least 2 years of supervisory experience Knowledge of Cash Flow, Payment Process, Bank Reconciliation, and Internal Control Proficient in using SAP Business One, Express, and Excel Experience in e-Payment / Host-to-Host will be given special consideration Detail-oriented, honest, maintains confidentiality, and possesses leadership qualities Able to communicate in English
