QC Engineer

• Control and inspect product quality to ensure compliance with requirements
• Analyze problems and root causes using the 5 Why method; prepare NCR reports along with corrective and preventive actions
• Analyze data using quality tools such as CPK, SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues
• Have knowledge and understanding of ISO9001, IATF16949 systems and prepare documentation for internal and external audits

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, Automotive, Mechatronics) or related Science/Technology 1 - 3+ years of work experience in QC/QA within an industrial factory Experience in the automotive, electronic components, or metal/plastic parts industries will be given special consideration Able to read Engineering Drawings and have a good understanding of GD&T symbols Proficient in using basic measuring tools and precision measuring instruments Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D Report, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA Understanding of quality standard systems such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 English skills (able to communicate and prepare reports at a good level) and proficient in using MS Office or statistical software (such as Minitab) Detail-oriented, with good negotiation and cross-departmental communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to perform Fact-based decision making
