Warehouse & Logistics Officer
- Supervise and control the receiving, storage, issuing, and delivery of goods accurately according to the plan
- Verify the quantity of goods and raw materials in the warehouse to match the information in the system
- Control and monitor product deliveries to ensure they meet customer schedules
- Prepare and verify documents related to receiving-issuing goods and transportation
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sales, customers, and logistics companies
- Track delivery status and resolve problems related to transportation or inventory
- Perform daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts
- Control goods storage systematically, such as FIFO / FEFO, and in accordance with company standards
- Prepare reports regarding Inventory, Delivery, and Warehouse Performance
- Support Logistics tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications: No gender restriction, aged 20 years and above Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields At least 2 years of experience in Warehouse / Logistics / Delivery Able to communicate fluently in English, including speaking, reading, and writing Experience in the automotive business or automotive parts manufacturing plants will be specially considered Knowledge of inventory management, delivery, and stock control Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience using ERP / SAP systems will be specially considered Skills in coordination, planning, and immediate problem-solving Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure Able to work with various departments and coordinate well with customers or logistics providers Able to work overtime or work according to the company's delivery schedule
