CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Technician

• Measure aluminum die casting workpieces using a CMM machine according to engineering drawings
• Create and edit CMM programs (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, MCOSMOS, or software used by the company)
• Analyze measurement results and prepare Dimension Reports
• Perform in-process inspection and final inspection of workpieces
• Support quality problem analysis in collaboration with production and engineering departments, such as Dimension NG issues
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment according to the plan
• Comply with quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge

• Aluminum Die Casting production principles
• GD&T
• MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
• SPC (Statistical Process Control)
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan (Automotive quality fundamentals)
• Use of CMM machines and measurement programming

Qualifications: No gender restriction, age 20 years and above High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Technology, or related fields At least 1–3 years of experience using CMM machines (Automotive industry experience is a special consideration) Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Ability to use measuring tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge Experience in Aluminum Die Casting or Machining will be specially considered Ability to use Microsoft Excel and reporting software Analytical and teamwork skills Must be able to speak, read, and write English well
