Investor Relations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze performance data and financial information for investors and analysts
• Prepare Investor Presentation, Fact Sheet, Earnings Presentation, and support the preparation of MD&A
• Coordinate Analyst Meeting, Opportunity Day, Investor Meeting, and IR activities
• Support the preparation of 56-1 One Report and AGM/EGM shareholder meetings
• Maintain and update the Investor Relations Website
• Monitor stock information, competitors, the restaurant industry, and Analyst Consensus
• Coordinate information disclosure in accordance with SET/SEC regulations
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Operation, and related departments to gather information for IR tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Fresh graduates with knowledge and understanding of financial and investment analysis are welcome, or candidates with approximately 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Investment, or related fields
• Experience in a listed company within the Restaurant, Retail, F&B, or Consumer Business sectors will be specially considered
• Able to read and analyze financial statements and understand Financial Ratios
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to prepare Presentations and present business information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to use English for reading, writing, and business communication well
• Highly detail-oriented; able to work with confidential and price-sensitive information
• Knowledge of the capital market (SET/SEC) and regulations for listed companies will be specially considered
