Supply Chain Manager
- Supply Chain Strategy & Operations
Define and drive supply chain strategies, while continuously developing work processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer service levels.
- Production Planning & Delivery Management
Manage production planning and product delivery to ensure raw materials are ready for use, support production, and ensure products are delivered on schedule.
- Procurement & Supplier Management
Develop cooperation with suppliers and manage procurement to achieve optimal quality, cost, and delivery lead times.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
Manage inventory and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, reduce aging stock, and increase operational efficiency through WMS.
- Planning & Capacity Management
Analyze production capacity, raw material requirements, and sales forecasts to support efficient production planning and procurement.
- Logistics, Budget & Cost Management
Manage transportation, departmental budgets, and supply chain costs by using data analysis to increase delivery efficiency, control costs, and support company performance.
- People Management & Development
Build and develop high-potential teams through coaching, performance management, and continuous personnel development.
- Safety & Compliance
Ensure that warehouse and logistics operations comply with laws, standards, and safety regulations.
- Executive Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and present analytical data along with strategic guidelines to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, or a related field. At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement, warehouse, or logistics, including management experience. Understanding of production planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics within a manufacturing business. Experience using ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS). Experience in budgeting, cost control, data analysis, and performance management through KPI. Analytical, problem-solving, and cost management skills. Good English communication skills. Leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement.
