Define procurement strategies, identify and evaluate new suppliers, and manage procurement to achieve optimal quality, cost, and delivery lead times.

1. Cost Analysis & Budget Management

Analyze cost structures, prepare procurement budgets, negotiate prices, and drive cost-reduction projects using data-driven analysis.

1. Supplier Development & Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with suppliers, increase the number of vendors in the Approved Supplier List (ASL), and continuously develop supplier performance.

1. Supplier Performance & Risk Management

Monitor supplier quality, delivery, lead times, and performance, while managing risks to ensure procurement continuity.

1. Procurement Process & Compliance

Oversee procurement processes to ensure compliance with regulations, procurement procedures, company requirements, and internal control systems.

1. Market Intelligence & Data Analysis

Monitor market trends, raw material prices, supplier capabilities, and procurement data to support strategic decision-making.

1. People Management & Development

Build and develop high-potential teams through coaching, performance management, and continuous personnel development.

1. Executive Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making

Track procurement performance, analyze KPIs, and present analytical data along with strategic recommendations to executives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, or a related field. At least 8–10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, including management experience. Understanding of Strategic Sourcing, supplier management, cost analysis, negotiation, and procurement processes in the manufacturing business. Experience in budgeting, cost control, data analysis, and performance management through KPIs. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good English communication skills. Leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and drive continuous improvement.
