English Measurement and Evaluation Specialist

1. Plan and design the creation of tools, including result analysis for measurement and evaluation in assigned projects.
2. Develop digital measurement and evaluation formats, item banks, and online assessment formats using measurement and evaluation principles and concepts.
3. Provide consultation, verify accuracy, and coordinate with other teams, including experts.
4. Work with Content / Product / Platform teams and Marketing/Sales teams to ensure Assessment products and digital solutions meet the needs of schools, teachers, and learners.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English / English Teaching and a Master's degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, or vice versa. At least 3 years of experience in textbook development. Knowledge of CEFR, Assessment Literacy, and Digital Learning. Ability to design assessment systems for both textbooks and digital platforms. Expertise in measurement and evaluation by designing tests, creating exam items that measure knowledge, analyzing test quality, and creating assessments for skills and competencies that align with objectives. Verify linguistic accuracy and appropriateness according to grade levels; understand language development and learning of students at each age stage. Collaboration skills; able to work with editors, writers, designers, and digital teams, with the ability to communicate and provide academic feedback effectively. Special considerations: 1. Experience in developing standardized tests or educational measurement tools. 2. Ability to use digital tools to support measurement and evaluation. 3. Good English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and proofreading academic documents.
