Section Chief/ Manufacturing Engineer /Automation Engineer

•Design, develop, and implement automation systems or solutions for manufacturing processes. •Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs,Sensors, Actuators, and robotic systems. •Improve production efficiency by converting manual processes to semi-automatic or fully automatic systems. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering) to develop or modify machinery. •Analyze equipment performance and suggest improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity. •Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, and user manuals. •Support preventive maintenance and provide technical assistance to production teams. •Ensure automation systems comply with safety standards and company policies. •Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma. •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed. •Other job as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi) and industrial automation, or process and machine improvement. Basic knowledge of robotics, pneumatic systems, and electrical control systems. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in project implementation or machine improvement is an advantage.
