Survey Engineer (1 year contract)

-Manage and maintain land-related data, including land ownership records, land boundaries, and geographic information. -Land physical survey and conduct engineering assessments of land areas, including topography, accessibility, infrastructure, and constraints. -Review pre-screening data and support feasibility studies for land acquisition and development projects. -Prepare and compile documentation required for land acquisition processes, including technical reports, drawings, and supporting documents. -Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, accounting and finance) and external stakeholders (surveyors, government authorities). -Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to land acquisition and land use. -Monitor project timelines related to land preparation and acquisition. -Provide technical support and recommendations for land-related decision-making.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, Geomatics, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in land surveying, land acquisition, or engineering-related roles. Having Thai Professional Engineering License: Associate Engineer or Professional Engineer Strong knowledge of land survey techniques, GIS, and mapping tools. Familiarity with land laws, town planning and related regulations is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and survey data. Good coordination and communication skills. Good written and communication in English is preferable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS tools). Able to work two Saturdays per month in Rayong and Chonburi area.
