R&D Supervisor (สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี)

Your tasks

1.Plan and control experiments to develop leather products and improve tanning processes. 2.Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), and technical departments. 3.Supervise and develop the R&D team and prepare experimental reports. 4.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2. Able to work on rotating day and night shifts.
3. Experience in R&D, chemical processes, or product development in an industrial manufacturing environment.
4. Good command of English in speaking, writing, and listening.
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Other

Able to work Monday to Saturday and Shift Rotation.
