Production Supervisor (สื่อสาารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี)

1. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues.
3. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements.
4. Plan and assign tasks, manage resources, and control production schedules.
5. Collaborate across the departments (maintenance, quality, etc.) to achieve production goals.
6. Prepare production reports and suggest improvements to processes.
7. Train and develop team members to enhance skills and work performance.

Able to work Monday to Saturday and Shift Rotation.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field Able to work in shifts (day/night rotation) Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good communicate in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening) Fresh graduate is welcome
