Attorney, Professional Liability and Special Risks

• Strategic management of litigation files: End-to-end management of complex claims in the fields of professional liability for engineers, lawyers, accountants, officers, and directors
• Analysis of insurance coverage and liability of complex files: In-depth examination of policy terms and decision-making regarding liability
• Management of working relationships with insureds and agents
• Support and guidance of representatives: Managing the relationship with law firms, monitoring file management
• Negotiation management – leading settlement processes against claimants and their representatives
• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and admission to the Israel Bar Association is mandatory
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation or claims management in the fields of torts and professional liability – mandatory
• Professional knowledge: Expertise in the insurance field, in professional liability and D&O policies, in-depth familiarity with the legal world
• Drafting and expression skills: High-level written and oral expression skills, including drafting detailed position letters
• Very high level of English: Writing reports to reinsurers, reading policies in English – mandatory
• Personal traits: Ability for independent learning, thoroughness and precision, high ability for analysis and drawing conclusions, ability to work independently and in a team
