- Searching for and proposing suitable spare parts according to technical requirements
- Monitoring the sales process and supporting the customer until completion
- Issuing documents
- Preparation of orders - quotes
Required Qualifications:
- Degree from a Technical School or equivalent technical education
- Desirable experience in a similar position (spare parts / technical support / sales)
- Good knowledge of the English language and especially technical terminology
- Ability to understand technical text, spare parts lookup programs, and follow training
- Knowledge of PC and MS Office
- Communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Methodicalness, Adaptability, Organizational skills, Team spirit
