Senior Sales Engineer

1. Responsible for managing existing customers and prospecting new customers while overseeing sales.
2. Maintain sales targets and develop sales strategies to increase sales volume.
3. Plan and schedule work activities.
4. Communicate and execute operations according to the company's marketing plan.
5. Oversee service work and support customers both before and after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Continuously study and acquire additional knowledge regarding tools and sales techniques.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related fields. At least 6 years of experience in selling tools to industrial factories. Experience in selling engineering products or knowledge of tools and machinery will be given special consideration. Good English communication skills. Must have a personal car and a driver's license, and be able to travel upcountry. Ability to solve various problems and handle immediate issues effectively. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team.
