Senior UX/UI Digital Product Designer

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a strong product designer who is interested in more than just drawing interfaces, but in understanding complex scenarios and creating new user experiences. Someone with a solid UX foundation, strong UI, and attention to detail, who can independently move from an idea and hypothesis to a prototype and a finished solution. Interest in AI and new interaction formats—conversational UI, voice interfaces, and AI assistants—is particularly important. We need a designer who is ready to work with the product at an early stage, influence decisions, and together with the team shape what the product experience will be.
What you will be doing:
- Designing and developing the UX/UI of the mobile application
- Developing interaction scenarios with the AI assistant—from text dialogues to voice and complex financial scenarios
- Creating concepts, prototypes, and ready-made interface solutions, testing them with users, and improving them based on the results
- Developing and maintaining the design system: components, styles, tokens, and patterns
- Working on new product hypotheses and finding simple solutions for complex financial tasks
- Collaborating closely with the art director, product team, analysts, and developers at all stages of development
- Presenting solutions to the team and stakeholders, arguing design decisions, and incorporating feedback
- Participating in shaping the visual and UX language of the product, especially regarding user interaction with AI
Our wishes for candidates:
- English language at least B2
- 4+ years of experience in product development, predominantly in mobile-first B2C products. Experience in fintech will be an advantage
- Strong UX/UI and product design skills: from formulating a task and finding a solution to prototyping and final design
- Deep understanding of mobile interface design principles and iOS/Android specifics
- Advanced proficiency in Figma: Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Variants, component libraries
- Experience working with design systems, tokens, and components
- Experience conducting user testing, working with feedback, and product analytics
- Ability to present and argue design decisions, work with feedback, and interact with product managers, analysts, and developers
- A portfolio with strong product and mobile design cases
Will be an advantage:
- Confident work with generative AI tools, AI agents, and modern AI-workflows
- Experience with vibe coding / AI-assisted development for rapid prototyping and testing product hypotheses
- Interest in AI products and understanding of conversational UI, voice interfaces, and principles of user interaction with AI
