Accountant / Accounting Officer (Softone & Italian) About the Company A dynamically growing Technical Company (LTD) with a steady presence in the technical projects sector and international partnerships, is seeking a capable and responsible professional to staff its financial department in the position of: Accountant / Accounting Officer. Purpose of the Position The position holder will be a pivotal member of the financial team, ensuring smooth accounting operation, monitoring income-expenses, handling payroll, as well as managing imports/customs clearance in direct cooperation with international partners. Main Responsibilities Data Entry & Document Verification: Daily entry of invoices, income-expense documents, and accounting entries in the Softone ERP. Customs Clearance & Import Management: Monitoring customs clearance processes, communication with customs brokers, collection and verification of relevant foreign documents. Payroll & ERGANI: Management of payroll processes, submission of forms and declarations to the ERGANI information system (hirings, personnel tables, schedule modifications, etc.). Statistical & Financial Reporting: Extraction of statistical data, preparation of periodic income-expense reports (reporting), and monitoring cash flows for management. International Communication: Written and oral communication with suppliers, customers, and international partners (mainly Italy and other countries). Account Reconciliation: Verification and regular reconciliation of customer and supplier ledgers, and bank accounts. Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications University / TEI / IEK Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance. Proven previous experience in a similar accounting position (experience in a technical company or an LTD company will be considered a significant advantage).

Excellent knowledge of the Softone ERP (mandatory requirement). Mandatory knowledge of the Italian language (very good or excellent level, written and oral). Mandatory knowledge of the English language (very good or excellent level).

Experience in payroll management and the use of the ERGANI platform. Familiarity with customs clearance processes and international trade documents. Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially advanced use of Excel). Desired Qualifications Familiarity with the myDATA platform of AADE. Knowledge of accounting monitoring of technical projects and costing. Analytical thinking, emphasis on detail, and organizational spirit. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to schedules.
