Your tasks

• Organizational, methodological, and informational support for the program-target planning of the main activities of the NMITs hematology regarding interregional interaction to improve the quality of medical care in the profiles of hematology, transfusiology, oncology; - Participation in the creation (task setting, design), implementation, operation, and updated support of information-analytical systems and electronic resources (formation of a database of medical organizations and passports of the medical service of the Russian Federation and its constituent entities) on issues within the competence of the subdivision and the activity profiles of the NMITs hematology: hematology, transfusiology, oncology; - Organization of interregional interaction with state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of healthcare, third-level medical organizations, medical organizations providing medical care in the activity profiles of the NMITs hematology, as well as other organizations involved in the routing of patients and biomaterials; - Development of organizational, methodological, legal, and other recommendations aimed at improving the quality process of medical care provided and the most effective forms of record-keeping and reporting; - Coordination of the work of mobile working groups during field activities in specialized medical organizations of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation; - Preparation of regulatory and administrative documents, orders, and agreements on issues within the competence of the department; - Business trips to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation as part of mobile working groups are possible for the purpose of forming proposals to improve medical care, conducting expertise, and integrating medical information systems.

Requirements

• Higher education — specialist degree in one of the following specialties: "Лечебное дело", "Педиатрия", "Медико-профилактическое дело", "Стоматология" and training in internship/residency in the specialty "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье" or professional retraining in the specialty "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье" if internship/residency training has been completed; - Knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework of medical activity in the profiles of hematology, transfusiology, oncology; - Knowledge of statistical observation methods; - English language proficiency at the intermediate level and above; - Experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel). - Experience working in medical organizations and executive authorities in the field of healthcare is preferred. Specialist certificate or specialist accreditation certificate in the specialty "Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье"; Specialist certificate or specialist accreditation certificate in the specialty "Управление сестринской деятельностью"; For persons who completed training after January 1, 2017 — specialist accreditation certificate in the specialty "Медицинская кибернетика"; Passing mandatory preliminary (upon employment) and periodic medical examinations (check-ups), as well as extraordinary medical examinations (check-ups) in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation; Absence of restrictions on performing medical activities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
