Internal Audit Officer
- Responsible for conducting monitoring and audits of store standards, products, branch operations, and branch staff.
- Perform monitoring according to plans and procedures, and plan annual and monthly audit schedules.
- Perform monitoring according to the company's branch audit guidelines and audit programs.
- Review the accuracy and completeness of store assets, income, and expenses.
- Review the recording of both income and expense transactions that occur.
- Audit storefront petty cash and various branch report documents.
- Verify data in the system against various report documents and gather facts for analysis and evaluation.
- Conduct stock counts at storefront branches, product transfers, and daily stock checks, while preparing stock summary reports and summaries of damages or losses.
- Prepare daily and monthly monitoring summary reports and supporting documents, along with proposing corrective actions for findings to supervisors and executives.
- Summarize audit results, analyze and evaluate the quality of monitoring work, and prepare monitoring result reports for presentation to executives.
- Coordinate with other departments both internally and externally.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: No gender restriction, Age 25 - 30 years old. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of work experience. Good understanding and ability to communicate well in English. Good knowledge and understanding of internal audit. Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Skills in using programs related to the position; able to provide consultation, training, and coordinate well. Skills in management/planning/analytical thinking/problem-solving/communication/attention to detail. Good attitude, open-minded, and ready to learn; good interpersonal skills, able to get along with others and work as a team. Able to travel to inspect storefront locations.
