English Teacher (0.25 FTE)
Teaching English in multi-age groups (grades 2–11) in a small rural school: conducting lessons taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students; adapting teaching materials for different proficiency levels within the same group; preparing and grading written assignments, maintaining an electronic gradebook; participating in the work of the PPC and preparing documents for the PMPK (if there are children with disabilities/OVZ); maintaining reporting and planning work in accordance with school requirements; participating in pedagogical councils and methodological events. Workload is 0.25 FTE (10 hours per week)
Requirements
higher or secondary vocational pedagogical education; English language proficiency at level B2 or higher; experience or willingness to work with children with disabilities (OVZ) in inclusive settings; knowledge of the basics of correctional pedagogy and psychology (or willingness to undergo training during the first year of work); ability to adapt teaching materials to different language proficiency levels and individual student characteristics; proficiency with digital tools for reporting and preparing materials
