Passenger Service Agent

Ensuring individual service for passengers of scheduled and charter flights Registration of passengers Baggage and carry-on handling Documentation of baggage Control of passenger boarding attendance Escorting passengers to the aircraft boarding door Meeting passengers and providing assistance in VIP and business lounges Maintaining and recording daily internal documentation (registers of services rendered, certificates, reports, etc.) Complies with standards, manuals, technologies, instructions, and other regulatory documents concerning the Organization's activities. During the work shift, performs checks on the functionality of all equipment and instruments located in passenger service areas; in case of malfunctions, informs the senior agent or manager Maintains control over order and cleanliness; if unscheduled cleaning is necessary, informs the senior agent Complies with Key Performance Indicator requirements when serving passengers Takes measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations Informs management about existing service deficiencies Demonstrates maximum friendliness, respect, and tact towards passengers throughout their stay, paying increased attention to passengers with children, elderly people, passengers with disabilities, and unaccompanied children. Assists passengers in receiving first aid at the airport medical station Bears personal responsibility for the quality of services provided

Requirements

Education: secondary vocational/higher; English proficiency - Elementary; Friendliness, stress resistance, ability to resolve conflict situations.
