Maintenance Engineer (Headquarters - Working in Bangkok and Vicinity Zone)

Main Responsibilities: Coordinate, follow up, and prepare performance reports regarding the maintenance of machinery and equipment within the utility systems and facilities of the industrial estates and projects managed by the company.

Job Details:

1. Coordinate with departments regarding the details of maintenance and repair work for electrical systems, mechanical systems, water pipelines, and other utility systems within the industrial estates and projects managed by the company.
2. Follow up and supervise maintenance and repair operations of machinery and equipment to ensure efficient usability.
3. Follow up on the control and management of maintenance and repair budgets to ensure they meet the specified targets.
4. Analyze problems and causes of machinery and equipment damage, and prepare corrective and preventive action plans.
5. Procure new technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs in maintenance and repair work.
6. Control and manage tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure they are in good condition, safe, and ready for use at all times.
7. Evaluate and monitor the implementation of the Computerized Maintenance Management System in each department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Prepare operational reports for the department in accordance with the specified Key Performance Indicators (KPI), both in terms of quality and quantity.
9. Perform duties in accordance with the policies, plans, and requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
10. Perform duties according to the procedures in the management system manual, department/project operational control manuals, as well as regulations, operating procedures, announcements, orders, plans, and related requirements, performing duties with discipline, knowledge, ability, and caution to ensure maximum work safety and performing duties with awareness of responsibilities toward customers, the environment, and society.
11. Perform other duties for the company and its affiliates as assigned.

*Based at Headquarters, but must travel to various work sites in the Bangkok and Vicinity Zone.*

Qualifications: Male, aged 25 years or above Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical major 2-5 years of experience in maintenance work within utility systems or industrial plants Possess a professional engineering license Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Project, Auto-Cad English communication skills Completed military service or exempted Possess a driver's license / able to drive and have a private car
