Senior R&D Product Efficacy Test & 3rd Lab

• Manage manpower, time, and equipment to align with the number of projects, Lead time, and project planning according to goals
• Coordinate with external laboratories to submit tests for various topics specified by the company or customers, both in Thailand and abroad
• Perform Efficacy Test experiments for products and clinical research using scientific instruments
• Perform Satisfaction test & User trial testing and evaluation using questionnaires
• Sensory evaluation in collaboration with customers/formulators

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Cosmetics, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields At least 3-5 years of experience in the Cosmetics, Medical Device, or Dietary Supplement industries Able to use basic English for work Understand consumer needs in the Health & Beauty industry Possess negotiation, customer service, and coordination skills Experience in clinical research, cosmetic efficacy testing labs, or documentation/accounting work will be given special consideration
