IT Department Head (Infra&Security)

Manage Server, Storage, Network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) Maintain Virtualization systems (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Monitor and maintain Cloud Services (e.g., Microsoft365, Azure) Plan and manage Cloud migration (Migrate/Compare/Costing) Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery Monitor System Performance and perform Troubleshooting Define and enforce IT Security Policy Manage Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Protection Manage Access Control and user permissions Monitor Patch Management and system updates Perform Security Audit and Risk Assessment Manage Incident Response when security incidents occur Supervise IT Support / Infra team to work according to SLA Coordinate with Vendors and service providers

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field If not graduated in the above fields, must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience Knowledge in IT Infra/Network/Cybersecurity Good English skills Interest in Smart Farming and Smart Factory will be specially considered
