Claims Officer

• Conduct surveys of insured property damage and consider indemnity payments to the insured
• Coordinate with loss adjusting companies and ensure that the survey and damage assessment processes are carried out correctly
• Execute and monitor matters regarding salvage management
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding claims recovery from external organizations or individuals

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Insurance, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields
2. Good communication and negotiation skills
3. Good interpersonal skills and a service mind
4. High mobility in performing duties; able to travel upcountry occasionally
5. Experience related to claims work will be specially considered
6. New graduates are welcome to apply
