Sewing Equipment Operator

Your tasks

main duties: Prepare and maintain equipment, machines, technological installations, and automatic lines for the general production of textile products and clothing. Analyze general and specialized technical documentation used in the general production of textile products and clothing. Visually determine or use instruments to identify mechanical damage and standard performance indicators of units, equipment, machines, technological installations, and automatic lines for the general production of textile products and clothing. Take necessary actions when there is a deviation from the standard actual values of operating parameters of units, equipment, machines, technological installations, and automatic lines for the general production of textile products and clothing. Perform control of the compliance of operational and technological parameters of units, equipment, machines, technological installations, and automatic lines for the general production of textile products and clothing. Use tools to eliminate identified malfunctions in the operation of units, equipment, machines, technological installations, and automatic lines for the general production of textile products and clothing.

Requirements

Perform duties according to professional standards:

• 21.005 "Operator of textile and clothing production (by type)"
• 11.016 "Digital printing equipment operator" the employment contract provides for the combination of professions (positions) sewing equipment operator + digital printing equipment operator. presence of experience and maintenance skills:
• machines for the production of textile, fur, and leather products, including special sewing machines (zigzag stitch machines, overlock stitch machines, machines for performing several parallel lines, flatbed machines, basting machines, embroidery machines, hemming machines, quilting machines, overedge machines, etc.)
• programmable laser cutting center KD1814-S2 (supported formats AI\BMP\PLT\DXF\DST)
• programmable wide-format printing unit for fabric materials UVE1800 DX5 (supported formats TIFF, Postscript 3, JPEG, EPS, PDF, AI) proficiency in working with drawings/patterns made in English

Secondary vocational education; Experience: 3 years
