Accounting Department Employee

DIALYNAS S.A., the exclusive representative for Greece and Cyprus for innovative high-tech adhesives, sealants, and waterproofing materials, based in Nea Ionia, Attica, is seeking an Accounting Department Employee

The position involves daily support for the company's accounting tasks, with systematic use of an ERP system for the entry of documents, invoicing, and the monitoring of customers and suppliers-creditors. This is an environment that requires organization, consistency, speed, and attention to detail, as well as close cooperation with the other departments of the company.

Main Responsibilities

Entry and filing of accounting documents

• Issuance of invoices and other documents
• Monitoring of customers and suppliers (balances, collections, payments)
• Support in banking and cashiering tasks
• Support in the company's tax and payroll obligations
• Preparation of reports and statements
• Use of Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Cooperation with the other departments of the company

Required Qualifications:

• University / TEI degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar position will be appreciated
• Knowledge of basic principles of accounting and taxation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team spirit and good communication skills
