Responsibilities: Allocation of tasks and workshop scheduling Booking appointments Preparation of visits Vehicle reception and entry of repair orders Delivery of the vehicle after the completion of the repair Follow up and management of customer complaints Required Qualifications: Desirable previous experience in a similar position Basic technical knowledge Good knowledge of English Comfort in using H/Y, MS Office, ERP systems Maximization of customer satisfaction Ability to cooperate and team spirit
