Maintenance Manager - Including Vehicle

Job Purpose:

Managing and leading the factory's maintenance system, while ensuring equipment availability and reliability, promoting continuous improvement processes, supporting engineering projects, and meeting safety, quality, and operational goals.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Managing the maintenance system throughout the entire factory.
• Improving and optimizing production processes and implementing new production lines.
• Mechanical support for projects and new equipment, working with suppliers and procurement, preventive maintenance of machines and equipment, supporting the writing of maintenance procedures and updating them in the operational information system, implementing quality, safety, and environmental procedures in the department, operation and maintenance of computerized information systems, and providing support during product development trials.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Mandatory
• Very good English level with an emphasis on technical English - Mandatory
• Experience in manufacturing industry - Mandatory
• At least two years of experience as a Maintenance Manager - Mandatory
• Experience in building a maintenance plan and writing maintenance procedures
• Proven managerial experience - Mandatory
• At least 10 years of experience in the field of industrial equipment maintenance, including managerial experience in a global company - Advantage
• Experience in the food industry - Advantage

Scope of Position and Working Hours:

The position is located in Arad and includes a dedicated vehicle. Sunday-Thursday between the hours 08:00-17:00 and willingness to work overtime as needed.
