Demand Planner - Maternity Leave Replacement

For a central role in the supply chain team of Unilever Israel, a Demand Planner is required - temporary position.

The role combines responsibility for demand forecasting processes, working with diverse interfaces, and direct influence on product availability, service levels, and the company's business performance.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) forecasting process.
• Managing multiple interfaces: Marketing, Sales, manufacturing plant, and more.
• Participation in forecasting meetings with interfaces, capacity meetings with the plant, and development coordination.
• Meeting operational and business targets, such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory policy.
• Creation and ongoing management of computerized reports for the purpose of control and analysis of operational metrics.
• Leading processes to improve production capabilities, service levels, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• At least one to two years of experience in the field.
• Experience working with advanced information systems, with preference for SAP.
• High level of English - mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience in using Excel at an advanced level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many interfaces and drive tasks.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-learning ability.
• Analytical thinking and high capabilities for data analysis.
• Service orientation and ability to work in a team.
