Legislation of the Russian Federation on education and on personal data Local normative acts of the educational organization regulating the organization of the educational process, development of software and methodological support, maintenance and procedure for access to educational and other documentation, including documentation containing personal data Requirements of FSES and(or) educational standards established by the educational organization for the relevant areas of training and specialties Requirements of professional standards and other qualification characteristics Requirements for scientific and methodological support of training courses, disciplines (modules) of highly qualified personnel training programs, including modern teaching and teaching-methodological aids, textbooks, including electronic ones, electronic educational resources, teaching and laboratory equipment, training simulators and other teaching aids and scientific-methodological materials Methodological foundations of modern education
