Chief Specialist of the Monitoring Department

Control of the cost and volume of construction and installation works for compliance with the cost embedded in the BP; Daily maintenance of a register with the current status of tasks in the SED; Coordination of contracts for the performance of construction and installation works; Analysis of the RKC of subcontracting organizations and the F0 of the business plan; Interaction with adjacent departments of the cost control management and other Company units regarding the coordination of subcontracting organization contracts; Organization of expertise of construction and installation works contracts by the office in Belgrade (submission for expertise, control of execution, preparation of analytical reports for the management of the department); Updating business plans at the project implementation stage; Calculation of the cost of human resources; Calculation of indirect costs; Calculation of the cost of non-standard human resources; Calculation of the cost of project management; Calculation of the cost of electricity; Calculation of the cost of small mechanization; Calculation of the cost of VZiS; Interaction with functional departments regarding limits for the purpose of updating the BP.

Requirements

Higher specialized economic education; Relevant work experience of 6 years or more; Knowledge of English (C1 level); Knowledge of the cost structure of construction and installation works, principles of forming the RKC (calculation and estimation prices) of subcontractors, understanding the methodology for calculating overheads and estimated profit; Deep understanding of the business plan (BP) structure, including the F0 form (F0). Experience in calculating limits, updating and defending the BP at the project implementation stage; Experience in calculating labor resources (including non-standard human resources and project management costs PMO), indirect costs, small mechanization, electricity costs, VZiS (temporary buildings and structures) expenses; Experience in legal and financial expertise of construction and subcontracting contracts, identification of commercial risks; Confident user of electronic document management systems (SED) for daily maintenance of task registers; Advanced level of MS Excel (complex formulas, macros, pivot tables) and specialized software (1C, estimation programs).
