Deputy Head of Construction Control Department

Exercise leadership of the construction control department, ensure the correct organization of work for quality control of manufactured construction products, and conduct incoming inspection of components, equipment, and materials. Monitor compliance with storage requirements for components and materials in the warehouse. Monitor the timely rectification of comments issued by the customer's construction control, author's supervision, as well as other controlling and supervisory bodies. Ensure timely technical quality control and acceptance of construction products and construction services within the separate subdivision during the production process for compliance with drawings, technical specifications, standards, regulations, and the approved technological process. Conduct operational control during the production process, perform technical quality control and acceptance of construction objects before handing them over to the customer or their representatives. Conduct periodic inspections of department specialists regarding compliance with work production technology. Instruct subdivision employees on issues of control and quality acceptance of products, and resolve issues arising during the product acceptance control process. Improve existing and implement advanced methods of work for conducting product quality control at the construction site. Maintain records, systematization, and analysis of recurring product defects identified during technical acceptance, and demand that performers and production foremen eliminate the causes of these defects. Demand that foremen and site managers timely implement measures for defect prevention. Verify compliance with the sequence and composition of technological operations during SMR at the construction site, recording the results of construction control in the contractor's construction control log and the general work log. Upon discovery of non-conformities, issue instructions, demand their rectification, monitor their rectification, and ensure the stoppage of work in certain cases. Issue warnings/instructions based on non-conformities identified by the specialists of the Customer's SK body. Sign warnings/instructions issued by the specialists of the Customer's SK body. Issue warnings/instructions based on independently identified deviations from project requirements, current ND of the Russian Federation, and the Customer. Verify the results of the work of the construction and electrotechnical laboratory. Verify the acts (protocols) of the non-destructive testing laboratory's work and the volumes of non-destructive testing for compliance with project documentation. Conduct, together with representatives of the manufacturing plant, the transport organization, the customer's construction control, and the responsible representative of the work producer, the incoming inspection of materials and equipment and their compliance with project documentation.

Requirements

• Higher professional education;
• Work experience in the position of "Deputy Head of Construction Control Department" for 6 years or more;
• Work experience in the construction industry on NGDO projects;
• Ability to work with supporting documentation for materials and equipment;
• Ability to compile and work with Excel spreadsheet documents;
• Confident PC user, MS Office (Excel, Word);
• Knowledge of English (C1 level);
• Presence of a valid entry in NRS;
• Responsibility, stress resistance, analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills.
