Lead Specialist of the Subcontract Agreement Control Department

Control of the cost and volume of design and survey works (ПИР) and construction and installation works (СМР) for compliance with the cost embedded in the business plan; Analysis of technical assignments, estimates of subcontracting organizations, and the business plan (ПИР); Approval of contracts for the execution of ПИР and СМР; Interaction with adjacent departments of cost control management and other Company units regarding the approval of subcontracting organization contracts; Daily maintenance of a register with the current status of tasks in the electronic document management system; Updating business plans during the project implementation stage; Calculation of the cost of human resources and indirect costs, including: project management costs, electricity, small mechanization, ВЗиС, and non-standard human resources; Interaction with functional departments regarding limits for the purpose of updating the БП.

Requirements

Experience in controlling the cost and volume of ПИР and СМР; Knowledge of estimate documentation and business plans; Contract approval skills; Ability to work with electronic document management; Analytical skills and attention to detail; Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; Knowledge of English (C1 level).

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 6 years
