Commissioning Engineer

Control over the production of commissioning works in accordance with projects, SNiP, NTD. Compliance with project requirements and NTD during the execution of works, technical specifications for the production and acceptance of completed works. Control of the organization's permit-to-work system; Control over the activities of contractor personnel, acceptance of completed work packages from them, verification of the compliance of performed commissioning works with working drawings and quality requirements before handover, timely ensuring the elimination of identified deficiencies; Participation in the development of monthly and long-term plans and schedules of works to be performed, based on the full utilization of the Customer's production capabilities and reserves; Coordination of relationships with Customers and General Contractors during the execution of commissioning works at site facilities; Control over the timely submission of certificates and acceptance documentation within timeframes that do not exceed SNiP standards or contract terms. Participation in compiling estimated volumes for commissioning works, as well as in contractual activities regarding the assessment and selection of suppliers of products and services related to commissioning activities; Control over the maintenance of technical documentation during the installation, adjustment, and testing of equipment; Coordination of the preparation of acceptance documentation; Participation in the investigation of accidents, defects in work, equipment damage, and the development of measures aimed at their prevention; Control over the compliance of contractor personnel with labor and production discipline, occupational health and safety, PRB, PPB, PTE, PNAE, SNiP, and the requirements of other regulatory and technical documentation.

Requirements

Higher technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, oil and gas, chemical technology, or related specialties. Minimum 6 years of experience directly in the field of Mechanical Completion and/or Commissioning. Experience in the oil and gas industry. Experience in leading a team and subcontractors. Experience working with large EPC projects. Knowledge of RF standards for equipment installation and construction. Knowledge of Industrial Safety and occupational health standards and norms. Proficient user of MS Office, Navisworks. English language level no lower than B2. Responsibility, attention to detail, result orientation, stress resistance, ability to work in a team and independently.
