Production and Technical Department Engineer

preparation of as-built documentation for works performed by own forces, signing with representatives of the Customer's AN and SK; control and verification of ID of subcontracting organizations; verification of KS-2 of subcontracting organizations; maintaining reporting on actually performed works and the movement of as-built documentation; defense of work volumes (the certificate of acceptance of performed works according to the KS-2 form) in the Customer's SK; interaction with structural units of the Company, Author's Supervision and the Customer's SK within one's competence; compilation/adjustment of Statements of work volumes; formation of the general contractor execution plan for assigned sub-objects/sections; formation and submission of PSD to the customer's archive.

Requirements

understanding of construction process technology, construction stages; experience in preparing as-built documentation for the installation of engineering systems (OV, VK, NVK, TS, NKH); AutoCAD (NanoCAD), MS Office (Excel, Word) - advanced user; ability to read technical (design, working, as-built) and estimate documentation; experience in compiling Statements of work volumes; experience working with estimates and primary accounting documentation (KS-2, KS-3, KS-6a); experience in the position of PTO engineer for 6 years or more; knowledge of English at C1 level.

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 6 years
