Lead PTO Engineer

Tracking technological stages of work production, compiling work schedules; Preparation and signing of a full set of as-built documentation for works performed by own forces, with subsequent formation and transfer to the Customer's archive; Control of the maintenance (preparation) and signing of as-built documentation by contracting organizations at the construction site (act of inspection of hidden works - AOSR, act of inspection of critical structures - AOOK, act on the results of product inspection - AoRPI, general work log - OZHR, special logs, as-built diagrams, lists of installed equipment, acts of testing of networks, pipelines, etc., according to the list of acceptance documentation (PSD) of the Customer) on assigned sub-objects according to the schedule of construction and installation works (SMR) on the site; Preparation, formalization of acceptance documentation (PSD) and handover to the Customer's archive of assigned sub-objects.

Requirements

Higher technical construction education; Experience in the position of "Lead PTO Engineer" of 6 years or more; Experience in the construction industry; Ability to work with design documentation (KM, AR, VK, OV, EM); Knowledge of GOST, SNiP, SP requirements. Experience in maintaining as-built documentation, compiling KS-2, KS-3, KS-6a acts, work logs, compiling work production schedules (GPR); Proficient user of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word); Responsibility, stress resistance, analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills.

Higher education — specialty, master's degree; Experience: 6 years
