Requirements

A person cannot be appointed to the position of teacher if they: are deprived of the right to engage in pedagogical activities in accordance with a court sentence that has entered into legal force; have or have had a criminal record for crimes, compositions, and types of which are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation; are recognized as incapacitated in the manner prescribed by law; have a disease provided for by the established list. 1.4. The teacher is hired and dismissed from the position by the head of the educational organization (hereinafter OO).
