SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities/Duties Smooth operation of the shift and implementation of the production schedule. Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules by the personnel. Coordination of production personnel. Supervision of the production process according to specifications. Collaboration with other departments of the factory. Required Qualifications: Degree in Food Technology or Technical school in a related field. Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the food sector. Ability to work in shifts. Ability to cooperate and team spirit. Problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of computer operation and the English language. Benefits: Fixed compensation package. Group health insurance program.
