Job Description

The Hearing Care Professional, following the prescribed procedures as defined by protocols, aims for the successful selection and application of hearing aids in people with hearing difficulties.

The basic goal is to serve the customer with the aim of improving their quality of life as well as informing them. Service is provided both within the Hearing Center and through home visits. The company's commitment to these people is continuous communication and technical support, with the aim of offering them better hearing and consequently a better quality of life.

The role involves home visits in the prefecture of Heraklion and appointments within the Hearing Center.

Main Responsibilities

• Personalized monitoring and service of the customer with the aim of optimal hearing aid performance and improvement of quality of life
• Taking necessary and targeted actions for the purpose of immediate and frequent information of the customer
• Searching for and implementing new ways to increase awareness and sensitization of people with hearing difficulties within the local community
• Continuous updating of customers regarding new products and the possibilities they provide, with the aim of providing an opportunity for an even better quality of life
• Telephone communication with customers for appointment confirmation, follow-up, and information
• Development of the client base through all the above actions
• Home visits to customers involve continuous movement, as well as frequent visits to provincial towns after mutual agreement with the company

Required Qualifications:

• Organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of IT and ERP Systems
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Technical training (University/TEI degree in the field of Biomedical Technology (Biomedical Engineer, Electronics) is considered an asset
• Experience in a similar field is considered an asset
• Experience in client base management and development is considered an asset
• Driver's license
