QA System Leader

1. Plan, control, and monitor the quality system to ensure compliance with specified standards.
2. Control and verify quality documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date status according to the Document Control system.
3. Prepare and coordinate documents for internal–external audits and customer audits.
4. Follow up on CAR/NC status and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
5. Collect customer complaint data and follow up on corrective progress with relevant departments.
6. Responsible for supplier quality control and evaluation, including audit planning and quality issue monitoring.
7. Assign tasks, control work, and monitor the performance of the team under responsibility.
8. Summarize quality system performance and prepare reports for presentation to supervisors.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Printing and Packaging Technology / Polymer / Industrial Science or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in QA System. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, BRCGS, GHP. Experience in Internal Audit and Supplier Audit. Skills in quality document control and Document Control management. Coordination, report preparation, and systematic communication skills. Proficiency in using Excel and data analysis tools. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively. Good command of English for communication, both in documentation and coordination.
