QA Process Leader

1. Plan, control, and monitor production process quality assurance to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
2. Analyze production process quality trends (Process Trend Analysis) to identify problems and find opportunities for improvement.
3. Prepare and review production process control plans (Quality Plan / Control Plan) to ensure alignment with product specifications and requirements.
4. Control and monitor Process Validation / Verification to ensure compliance with requirements.
5. Control and monitor production environment control results (GMP / Sanitation / Pest Control).
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of production process corrective measures and follow up on progress with relevant departments.
7. Prepare production process quality data analysis reports and summarize results for supervisors.
8. Assign tasks, control work, and monitor the performance of the team within the scope of responsibility.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Printing and Packaging Technology / Polymer / Industrial Engineering or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in production process quality assurance (QA Process). Knowledge of Process Control, Quality Plan, GMP. Experience in Process Validation / Verification. Ability to analyze quality data and use data analysis tools effectively. Good coordination, report writing, and communication skills. Proficient in using Excel and appropriate data analysis tools. Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively. Good command of English for communication, including both documentation and coordination.
