Wanted: VIP Customer Service Representative

For the company B-Agent Travelor, operating in the travel technology field (Travell Tech), a VIP Customer Service Representative is required for a role that combines high-level personal service, travel operations, and work in a dynamic and international environment. We are looking for a service professional who understands that excellent service is much more than just responding to an inquiry: listening, personal responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to find solutions even in complex and urgent situations.

What does the role include?

• Providing personal, professional, and meticulous service to VIP customers.
• Handling special requests, bookings, changes, and cancellations in the travel field.
• Providing responses via email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
• Routine work with travel agents, suppliers, and partners in Israel and abroad.
• Real-time problem solving and handling sensitive and urgent cases.
• Personal follow-up of inquiries until their full closure, while ensuring an exceptional service experience.
• Working with booking systems and advanced technological tools.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales in the travel industry - Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Amadeus.
• Experience in VIP customer service, concierge services, or luxury hospitality - A significant advantage.
• Very high level of English, written and spoken - Mandatory.
• Experience working with travel and booking systems - A significant advantage.
• High technological orientation and fast learning ability.
• Exceptional service mindset, excellent interpersonal communication, patience, and discretion.
• Personal responsibility, order, precision, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently alongside collaboration with the team.

Employment terms:

• Location: Petah Tikva.
• Hybrid work + shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening - afternoon shifts allow for hybrid work from home and Saturday nights.
• Up to 5 shifts per week.
• Work on Fridays or Saturday nights on an alternating basis, hybrid from home.
