Project Manager

1. Perform duties in accordance with company policies
2. Manage the team to deliver work quickly according to targets
3. Proficient in using AutoCad and Microsoft excel
4. Able to read and analyze construction drawings
5. Develop strategic plans and manage operations in alignment with company policies
6. Prepare project timelines, plans, and resource management plans for the department to ensure maximum efficiency
7. Find new customers, set work targets for customers, build good relationships with customers, and provide satisfactory service from the beginning to the end of the project
8. Control project expenses to manage costs within the set budget
9. Plan performance to meet specified targets
10. Supervise and resolve problems occurring both within and outside the organization
11. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
12. Calculate cost prices and control expenses within the plan to stay within the specified budget, including preparing financial reports for each project
13. Inspect and approve designs to ensure the work meets the set budget and quality
14. Oversee procurement and the production factory, and coordinate with the design department to ensure work meets the schedule
15. Monitor feedback from customers to improve the department's performance
16. Observe project risks and devise plans to resolve and minimize damage as much as possible to ensure project success
17. Learn and follow industry news to utilize in sales planning
18. Supervise construction work to ensure orderliness and adherence to the schedule
19. Inspect every step of construction to ensure it is on time and meets quality standards according to spec
20. Maintain all project documentation in the system, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and various reports
21. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Possess sales presentation skills and psychological skills to persuade buyers (customers) Able to effectively manage sales teams, installation teams, and design teams Experience in project sales for kitchen furniture businesses or interior/furniture companies will be specially considered Excellent proficiency in computer programs: Word, Excel, AutoCAD Excellent communication skills with customers, team members, and partners Knowledge of interior design, construction materials, and the production and installation processes for built-in and loose furniture Ability to solve complex problems Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good command of English communication
