Innovation and Technology Supervisor (Construction)

1. Plan, define guidelines, and control the preparation of engineering technical data and construction techniques to support bidding processes and company operations.
2. Define plans for studying, researching, and developing new technologies, innovations, materials, and construction methods in alignment with the company's business direction.
3. Analyze construction problems from an engineering perspective, define solutions and preventive measures, and monitor operational results.
4. Review and provide advice regarding calculation sheets, design, and preliminary structural analysis.
5. Manage and control pilot projects for new innovations or technologies, from planning, testing, and evaluation to actual implementation.
6. Coordinate with the Construction Department, Estimating Department, Design Department, executives, and related agencies to solve problems and develop construction standards.
7. Collect body of knowledge and control the preparation of manuals, standards, and working methods for knowledge transfer and quality control of operations.
8. Analyze and summarize technical data, and prepare reports or recommendations for presentation to executives.
9. Promote the adoption of Dashboards, digital tools, and AI for data analysis and increasing work efficiency.
10. Provide consultation, transfer knowledge, and develop the potential of personnel within the team and related agencies.
11. Monitor technology and innovation trends in the construction industry to apply them to the organization.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Male or female, aged approximately 35–40 years. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, having studied from a general high school track. Have at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, design, or technical management. Hold a professional engineering license at the Associate Engineer level or higher. Have knowledge and experience in preparing calculation sheets, design, or structural analysis. Able to analyze complex problems, find root causes, and define solutions or preventive measures according to engineering principles. Have skills in work planning, project management, coordination, and monitoring operational results. Able to use Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level. Have skills in summarizing data, preparing reports, and presenting information to executives. Have leadership qualities, with the ability to provide consultation, transfer knowledge, and develop the team. Able to drive a car or motorcycle and travel to work at project sites.
