Import Representative for a large company

A leading retail company is recruiting an Import Representative for the Supply Chain division at the group headquarters

What will your day look like?

• Management of import stages
• Monitoring customs brokers and international forwarders
• Responsibility for import licenses and the release of import files at customs
• Control and construction of import costs
• Ongoing correspondence with foreign suppliers and shipment tracking
• Ongoing communication with buyers and procurement
• Working with banks and opening documentary credits.

Full-time position: Sun-Thu between the hours 08:00-17:00, flexibility is available

Experience and knowledge in managing import and all its processes-

• Mandatory at least 3 years of proven experience in international trade, ongoing work with foreign suppliers, and import cost control
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping methods, payment terms, and payment methods - documentary credit.
• High level of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in import legality and checking import licenses.
