Facility Manager (Bang Na-Trat KM 32)

•Contractor & Vendor Management : Ability to manage third-party vendors for security, cleaning, waste management, and specialized equipment maintenance. •Safety & Compliance : A thorough understanding of local and international fire safety codes, OSHA regulations, and hazardous material management (if applicable). •Emergency Preparedness : Developing and executing contingency plans for emergencies, such as power failures, fire, or extreme weather. •Budgeting & Finance : Experience in managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) for facility improvements and operational budgets (OPEX). •Space Utilization : Optimizing the warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and operational flow.

Qualifications: Age : above 30 Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering (mechanical or electrical), or business administration or higher English communication skill : good Experience : at least 5 years as manager level in facility management or commercial building management or maintenance or warehouse operations Preferable Certification (if available) Communication : Ability to bridge communication between on-site staff, contractors, and corporate management.
